The Role

What We’re Looking For
- 1–6 years of professional design experience (agency experience a plus)
- A portfolio that shows both creativity and versatility across brand, digital, and content work
- Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar
- Strong communication skills — you’re just as comfortable on Slack or Zoom as you are in a design doc
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with minimal hand-holding
- A self-starter mindset with a desire to learn, grow, and push boundaries
