- Work closely with the Talent Lead to understand hiring needs and priorities.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines through LinkedIn, communities, Web3 groups, and professional networks.
- Coordinate interview schedules and keep track of candidate progress.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

- Previous experience in IT or Web3 recruitment (freelance or in-house).
- Basic understanding of Web3 technologies: Solidity, Rust, smart contracts, blockchain infrastructure, crypto exchanges, wallets…
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
