Architect

We’re seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architect to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in residential design and proficiency in AutoCAD and drafting techniques.

WE WILL REQUEST A PORTFOLIO OR SAMPLE PROJECT(S) FOR THE SCREENING PROCESS

Technical Knowledge & Skills Required:

• Advanced English Knowledge: upper intermediate, advanced or proficient.

• Strong and verifiable engineering/architectural background and experience.

• Knowledge of Design Software tools: such as AutoCAD, etc.

• Ability to perform drafting, layout work, and straightforward calculations relative to all construction details.

• Prepare drawings from supplied plans and sketches.

• Provide timely updates for drawing completion and workload.

• Experience and proficiency in drafting and using Autodesk AutoCAD for drawings are required.

Desirable Knowledge & Skills:

• Manage the day-to-day workflow and output of the department, prioritizing and assigning projects.

• Develop detailed architectural plans and drawings for residential projects

• Provide guidance and leadership on projects; create additional training and development as needed.

• Calculate project time & budget estimates based on materials and resources required; maintain a system for recurring or standard projects.

• Ensure finished projects align with customer and project requirements.

• Perform any other job-related duties as required.

• Google Suite: Google Drive, Corporate Gmail, Docs, Sheets.

• Microsoft Office: Word, Excel.

• Discord: Categories and Channels.

• Hubstaff: Web App, Desktop App and Hubstaff Tasks.

• Design tools: AutoCAD, PDF Editor.
