Job Description
DBA ROLE || FREELANCE ONLY || LONG PROJECT || RETAIL ECOMMERCE CLIENT || IMMEDIATE START
DBA con competenze su SQL Server e MongoDB.
La risorsa sarà inserita all’interno di un team di data infrastructure e si occuperà principalmente delle seguenti attività:
- Attività di backup/restore e definizione di policy: retention, cifratura, test di restore, auditing.
- Migrazioni e modernizzazione: assessment, pianificazione cutover, minimizzazione downtime.
- Monitoraggio e troubleshooting proattivo: root cause analysis, miglioramento continuo.
- Tuning e ottimizzazione: indici, query performance, capacity planning, gestione storage e crescita.
- Definizione e manutenzione di pipeline ETL / data integration (in collaborazione con Data/Engineering).
- Stesura documentazione tecnica e runbook; supporto ai team di sviluppo su best practice (schema, query, design).
Requisiti tecnici
(Must Have)
SQL Server:
Always On, Repliche transazionali, failover cluster, manutenzione (index/statistics), troubleshooting
backup/restore, strategie DR, gestione permessi e sicurezza
Patching/upgrade
MongoDB:
replica set, sharding, performance tuning, backup/restore
Patching/upgrade
gestione cluster su MongoDB Atlas (monitoring, scaling, policy, security)
(Nice To Have)
Gestione RDS (parametri, performance, monitoring, backup/snapshot, HA)
Conoscenza pratica di ETL e data pipeline (concetti, scheduling, controlli qualità dati).
