HiCareer is supporting a confidential SaaS company in hiring a Business Analyst. The company is around 60 people and builds a digital platform used by B2B customers across Europe to analyse performance, improve decision-making and scale their operations.

This role suits someone who enjoys working with data, understanding how businesses operate and helping teams make better, more informed decisions.

About the role

You’ll support commercial and operational teams with analysis and insights.

You’ll analyse business performance, customer behaviour and operational metrics, and turn data into reports and insights used by leadership and functional teams. Much of the analysis is done using SQL and spreadsheets, with dashboards shared internally to support decision-making.

You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing and Operations teams to understand their questions and translate them into structured analysis and clear recommendations.

Who are they looking for?

• A couple of years experience in analysis, consulting, operations or similar roles
• Comfortable working with data and drawing conclusions
• Structured thinker with strong attention to detail
• Able to communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders
• Curious about how companies grow and operate

Bonus experience

• Experience with SQL or BI/reporting tools
• Experience from SaaS, consulting or scaleup environments

Work setup

• Fully remote, with employees mainly across Europe
