Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX/UI design for digital logistics solutions, including wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews to inform design decisions
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other designers to deliver seamless user experiences
- Translate complex B2B logistics requirements into clear, actionable design solutions
- Ensure accessibility and usability standards are met across all platforms
- Mentor and support junior designers in UX/UI best practices
- Present design concepts and rationale to internal and external stakeholders
- Proven experience designing complex B2B digital products, preferably in logistics or supply chain environments
- Advanced proficiency in Figma or similar design tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX/UI expertise for web and mobile applications
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in remote, multidisciplinary teams
