C++ Development Lead

Job Title: C++ Development Lead

Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and implement test-driven approaches to quality assurance.

- Develop simulation frameworks for market data and algorithms and build regression/back-testing systems.

- Contribute to and maintain our customer-facing API, serving as a primary contact for customers/clients

- Collaborate with backend engineers to work with sophisticated APIs.

- Partner with design teams to create best-in-class user experiences.

- Continuously learn and share best practices, processes, and emerging technologies.

- Mentor and lead junior developers, fostering their growth and development.

Qualifications:

- At least 5 years of experience leading a team or mentoring junior engineers.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and written/oral communication skills.

Desired Skills:

• Proficiency in C++, with knowledge of Rust, Linux, JavaScript, data structures, and algorithms.
