Product Marketing Manager

Role Overview: As the Product Marketing Director at Aethir, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive the success and growth of our innovative products. You will lead a dynamic team, collaborate with cross-functional departments, and leverage your deep understanding of market trends to position our products effectively in the market. Web3 experience is highly desirable for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company goals and drive product adoption and growth
• Product Positioning: Define product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that resonate with target audiences and differentiate our products in the market
• Market Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market opportunities, customer needs, and industry trends
• Go-to-Market Plans: Create and execute go-to-market plans for product launches, including coordinating with product development, sales, and communication teams
• Content Creation: Oversee the creation of compelling marketing content, including product collateral, case studies, white papers, videos, and presentations
• Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, events, and partnerships
• Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and achieve key performance indicators
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product management, sales, and executive leadership, to ensure alignment and support for marketing initiatives
• Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve marketing objectives
  
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Product Marketing Director or similar senior marketing role in a technology-driven environment
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, product positioning, and go-to-market strategies
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive product growth and adoption
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment
• Experience in AI, blockchain, or gaming industries is a plus
• Web3 experience is highly desirable
