We are seeking a proactive and skilled Learning and Development Manager to design and develop engaging learning collateral and materials for a company in large scale B2B Exhibitions. Collaborating closely with subject matter experts within the organization, you will translate expertise into effective training content. You will also be responsible for establishing processes, policies, and procedures in consultation with the business, as well as building a comprehensive train-the-trainer program. Additionally, you will provide facilitation guidance and hands-on support to subject matter experts to deliver engaging, impactful training sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and design high-quality learning materials and collateral.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather and translate expertise into learning content.
- Develop processes, policies, and procedures in partnership with the business.
- Build and deliver a train-the-trainer program to prepare internal facilitators.
- Provide facilitation guidance, coaching, and support to subject matter experts for training delivery.
- Ensure training methods are engaging, effective and aligned with organizational goals.
- Manage an End to End launch project to execution.
- Talent Management: Mapping out Competencies & Identifying training development plan.
- Stakeholders' Management.
- Manage the entire processes of training curriculum.
- proactive in seeking better business understanding since his/her joining in an organization.
- has the ownership and ability to maintain, implement and execute the L&D strategy
- Saudi National.
- Overall 8 or 7 years of experience, 5 years must in L&D.
- Familiar with multiple learning management systems.
- Managed to build a course before by him/herself.
- Proven experience in instructional design and learning content development.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Ability to build training programs.
- Experience in process and policy development.
- Experience in facilitation
- Knowledge of exhibition management or related fields is a plus.
