Global Payroll Manager | Fully Remote

🔎 The Role

We are seeking an experienced Global Payroll Manager to lead and evolve payroll operations across multiple international jurisdictions. This is a fully remote role with global visibility, combining operational leadership with a significant payroll systems transformation project.


💼 Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end global payroll operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Manage external payroll providers and internal stakeholders worldwide
  • Drive payroll governance, controls, and audit readiness
  • Lead and develop a high-performing global payroll team
  • Oversee payroll reporting, KPIs, and performance dashboards
  • Support and deliver a major payroll systems improvement initiative


🎯 About You

  • 7+ years’ payroll experience, including global or regional leadership exposure
  • Strong knowledge of international payroll compliance and regulations
  • Experience with global payroll platforms (e.g. ADP, Paychex, Payslip)
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to execute hands-on
  • Comfortable working across multiple time zones and geographies
