We are looking for a talented and skilful Graphic Designer to join our team. We love bold visuals and creative solutions, are open to innovative ideas and listen to every member of the team.
Tasks
What you'll do:
- Support and iterate the current brand identity across all touchpoints, ensuring visual consistency and correct brand usage.
- Design marketing and sales materials, including presentations, one-pagers, covers, banners, and other campaign assets.
- Create editorial covers and visual assets, using AI tools to streamline and enhance the design process.
- Design website sections and UI elements, providing a strong brand and visual perspective in collaboration with the lead UX designer.
- Create, develop, and present new visual concepts for campaigns and special projects, supporting execution from concept to production.
- Manage the motion design team.
- Perform other tasks and projects approved by the parties additionally.
Requirements
You are the perfect match if you:
- Hard skills: Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and AI tools (Nano Banana, MidJourney).
- Experience working on website companies.
- Self-driven - able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Leadership skills.
- Proactive, with a desire to improve the project, offer your ideas, not just do what is told.
- Comfortable communicating with a Marketing Director and cross-functional teams.
- Able to translate business goals into strong design concepts and confidently present design decisions.
- Strong visual taste, attention to detail, and understanding of modern design trends.
