Your Role as an AI Architect:
Shape the blueprint for AI, connecting data, platforms, and people to deliver scalable, explainable solutions across energy and industrial systems. You’ll translate strategy into architecture that drives real transformation.
What You’ll Do:
- Design scalable, secure, and explainable frameworks for AI across industrial platforms - leveraging AWS cloud services and Snowflake as core enablers for data and model scalability.
- Ensure AI solutions are powered by robust data pipelines, Snowflake data ecosystems, and AWS-native infrastructure that enable seamless integration from edge to enterprise.
- Drive innovation in predictive maintenance for turbines and grids, real-time optimisation of energy assets, advanced simulations using digital twins, and AI-driven sustainability insights - underpinned by modern cloud and data architectures.
- Champion MLOps practices using AWS AI/ML services (e.g., SageMaker, Lambda, ECS, Glue) and integrate model lifecycle management with Snowflake’s data sharing and governance capabilities.
- Ensure AI is trusted, transparent, and compliant, embedding governance frameworks across AWS and Snowflake environments.
- Guide engineers, analysts, and leaders - embedding AI-first thinking and cloud-native best practices across the enterprise.
What You Bring:
- Proven expertise designing and delivering AI/ML platforms at enterprise or industrial scale, ideally using AWS as a primary cloud foundation.
- Strong architectural background balancing scalability, resilience, and compliance in complex, hybrid environments.
- Experience integrating Snowflake as a central data layer for AI and analytics, enabling secure, governed, and performant access to enterprise-wide data.
- Knowledge of modern AI technologies; MLOps, NLP, GenAI, predictive analytics, and their industrial applications.
- The ability to influence executives, guide engineers, and clearly communicate AI concepts to business leaders.
