Senior C++ Developer – Low-Latency Systems
Join a leading global fintech company as a Senior C++ Developer and help build next-generation, high-performance systems that power real-time market data and trading platforms.
What you’ll do
- Design, develop and optimise low-latency C++ systems for real-time market data and storage.
- Implement scalable, maintainable and high-performance code for a geographically distributed environment.
- Work closely with product managers, designers and engineers to translate business needs into robust technical solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, enforce secure coding practices and maintain strong unit testing discipline.
- Continuously improve system performance, reliability and operational readiness.
What we’re looking for
- Deep, hands-on experience in C++ and low-latency programming (modern C++ preferred)
- knowledge of C++ internals
- Strong knowledge of multi-threading, concurrency and performance tuning.
- Experience with SQL or KDB (or similar high-performance time-series stores).
Nice to have
- Background in financial markets, trading systems or algorithmic trading.
- Familiarity with market data protocols (ITCH, FAST, FIX).
- Scripting skills (Python, Shell).
