Job Description

Product Manager – Digital Health (Remote, UK)

£50,000 – £55,000 | Fully Remote

Build a medical-grade mobile product that genuinely improves lives.

Brio Digital is working with a UK-based digital health company that has been operating successfully for over 9 years, building and scaling a truly innovative AI-powered healthcare platform.

The company develops clinically validated, regulated software that enables contactless vital-sign monitoring via smartphone technology. This is not a consumer wellness app — it’s medical-grade software used by healthcare providers and partners to support better patient outcomes.

Having spent nearly a decade establishing strong clinical, technical, and regulatory foundations, the business is now growing rapidly and investing further in its product team.

Why This Role Is Different

  • Join a well-established healthtech company, not an early-stage startup
  • Work on a clinically validated, regulated product with real-world impact
  • Fully remote-first UK role
  • Exposure to AI, mobile apps, and medical device regulation
  • Own and deliver real product features end-to-end
  • This is a rare opportunity to join a company that combines stability, purpose, and growth.

    The Role

As a Product Manager, you’ll support the development and evolution of the company’s consumer-facing mobile applications (iOS & Android).

You’ll work closely with engineering, design, clinical, and commercial teams to deliver intuitive, high-quality features in a regulated healthcare environment.

This is a delivery-focused Product Manager role, ideal for someone who enjoys shipping well-defined features and collaborating closely with engineers.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Own features and improvements within the iOS and Android apps
    • Translate user needs and business goals into clear user stories and requirements
    • Support end-to-end delivery from discovery through release and iteration
    • Collaborate with engineering teams on scope, priorities, and trade-offs
    • Support App Store and Play Store releases, including release notes and updates
    • Use analytics and user feedback to guide product decisions
    • Ensure quality, consistency, and compliance in a regulated environment

    About You

    • 3+ years’ experience in Product Management or a closely related role
    • Strong experience working on consumer mobile applications
    • Comfortable working in Agile, cross-functional teams
    • Confident in managing backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
    • User-centric mindset with strong attention to detail

    Nice to have:

    • Experience in healthtech, fintech, or another regulated industry
    • Exposure to mobile app releases and app store processes

    Salary & Benefits

    • £50,000 – £55,000 base salary
    • Fully remote (UK-based) x4/ year on the south coast
    • 25+ days holiday plus bank holidays
    • Pension and benefits package
    • Training and professional development support

    Why Apply?

You’ll be joining a company that has:

    • Been building and refining its product for nearly a decade
    • Earned trust through clinical validation and regulatory approval
    • Entered a new phase of accelerated growth

If you’re a Product Manager who wants to build meaningful, trusted technology and grow in a high-impact digital health environment, we’d love to hear from you.
