Job Description
We are looking for a strong Middle+ Automation QA Engineer with 3+ years of experience to become the first QA Automation specialist on the fire safety and IoT project and build automation processes from scratch.
Requirements
MUST HAVE
- 3+ years of experience as an Automation QA Engineer
- Strong knowledge of Playwright with TypeScript
- Experience working with Allure Report
- Experience with Python
- Strong experience in building and maintaining automation frameworks
- Strong ownership, responsibility, and decision-making skills
- English level at least Upper-Intermediate
- Active usage of modern AI tools and techniques in the development and testing process
- Experience in building QA automation from scratch in R&D team with no previous automation setup
- Design, build, and maintain QA automation infrastructure
- Define automation strategy and priorities independently
- Identify critical user flows and ensure stable automated coverage
- Maintain and improve existing automation frameworks
- Work closely with developers and stakeholders to ensure product quality
- Improve testing efficiency using modern tools and AI-assisted approaches
- Take full ownership of QA automation on the project
