As our Senior Product Designer, you’ll lead intuitive, elegant UI/UX experiences and build our design foundation from the ground up. This is an intense, hands-on role with full ownership.
Where youll create impact
- You’ll own end-to-end design across web and mobile apps
- You’ll translate complex accounting workflows into simple, intuitive interfaces
- You’ll build and evolve a scalable component-based design system in Figma
- You’ll collaborate closely with product and engineering to ship quickly and iterate often
- You’ll conduct user research and apply insights to improve clarity and usability
- You’ll help define our design culture and unlock faster product development
What sets you up for success
- 5+ years experience designing complex SaaS products end-to-end
- Deep expertise in Figma and component-based design systems
- Strong UX thinking, interaction design, and visual craft
- Comfort working with HTML/CSS/JavaScript
- Proven track record in high-growth, high-velocity environments
- Ability to make fast, pragmatic design decisions
- Bonus: Experience in fintech, accounting, or enterprise SaaS

Compensation & Benefits
- Equity: $90K+
- Base Salary: $130K–$200K
- 15 PTO days + 12 public holidays
