Job Description
Our client is seeking a Senior Director, Enterprise Platforms to lead the strategy, stability, and evolution of enterprise financial and compliance systems within a healthcare environment. This senior leadership role partners closely with finance, legal, compliance, and clinical leadership to ensure platforms are reliable, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.
This is a fully remote position with flexibility and responsibility for both internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and oversee business-critical enterprise platforms supporting finance, legal, compliance, and quality functions
- Ensure operational stability, incident management, root-cause analysis, and platform resilience
- Define and execute multi-year platform roadmaps balancing modernization, regulatory compliance, and business continuity
- Partner with executive stakeholders across finance, revenue cycle, compliance, clinical operations, and managed care
- Lead disaster recovery and business continuity planning for healthcare financial systems
- Oversee integrations across ERP, revenue cycle, EHR, payroll, treasury, and reporting platforms
- Champion automation, RPA, and AI initiatives to improve efficiency, accuracy, and cash flow
- Drive standardization across acquired entities while respecting regulatory and operational differences
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead and develop a team of full-time employees, contractors, and external consultants
- Provide strong people leadership, coaching, and performance management
- Manage vendor relationships and third-party partners
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership across business units
Qualifications
- Senior leadership experience overseeing enterprise platforms or financial systems
- Strong people management and executive communication skills
- Experience operating in regulated, complex healthcare environments
- Solid understanding of ERP, revenue cycle, and healthcare financial systems
- Ability to guide technical teams without being hands-on
- Healthcare industry experience strongly preferred
