Requirements

  • Proven experience with automation tools (mandatory)
  • Proven experience with Recruiter ATS (mandatory)
  • Proven experience in job posting and full-cycle recruitment (mandatory)
  • In-depth knowledge of Monday.com (mandatory)
  • Proven experience in recruiting for development and marketing roles (mandatory)
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies and independently manage complex processes
  • Excellent client management and account management skills (significant advantage)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and candidates simultaneously
  • Fluency in Hebrew and English
