🔍 The Role

We’re seeking a fundraising-driven Co-Founder who can lead our capital acquisition strategy and fuel the next stage of our growth.

You’ll work directly with the Founder to secure €2–3M in pre-seed funding, establish investor networks, and position Insight Questor for Series A success.

This is not a consultant or advisor role — it’s a true co-founder opportunity with major strategic influence and equity ownership.

📌 Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the fundraising strategy from pre-seed to Series A.

• Identify, engage, and close funding with angels, VCs, and investment funds.

• Manage investor relations, due diligence, and capital reporting.

• Collaborate on financial storytelling, pitch materials, and growth strategy.

• Shape the company’s financial roadmap and long-term capital plan.

• Represent Insight Questor at investor meetings, accelerators, and events.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience raising capital for early-stage startups (preferably fintech or AI).

• Strong network of investors or demonstrable deal-closure experience.

• Deep understanding of venture dynamics, valuation, and startup finance.

• Excellent communication and pitching ability.

• Entrepreneurial mindset and readiness to build from zero to global scale.

• Fluent in English (C1+).

🌟 Preferred

• Experience closing €500k+ pre-seed or seed deals.

• Familiarity with AI, SaaS, or predictive analytics sectors.

• Background in VC, investment banking, or financial strategy.

• Networks in EU, US, or MENA ecosystems.

• Knowledge of SAFE agreements, convertible notes, and cap table management.

• Russian language – a plus.
