Job Description
If you have deep expertise in SOC 2, ISO 27001, or PCI DSS and can immediately identify gaps in security documentation, we need your judgment to power our AI-driven certification platform. This role offers the opportunity to transform your compliance expertise into scalable, intelligent systems while delegating repetitive tasks to automation.
IgniteTech is developing the first AI-native compliance engine for enterprise software. This living platform leverages generative AI to produce audit-ready certification evidence, recommend risk mitigation strategies, and resolve 80% of customer security inquiries autonomously. Your responsibility is to oversee the critical 20%. You will refine the system, guide its learning, and intervene when expert judgment is essential. Our goal is not to eliminate human expertise with AI, but to amplify one expert's impact tenfold.
This is not a traditional compliance analyst position under a different name. You will not spend time tracking down approvals or reformatting documentation. Instead, you will manage the reliability of an autonomous compliance platform, identify where AI requires guidance, verify outputs meet auditor standards, and engage directly when customer confidence is at stake. System improvements will result directly from your corrections, rules, and calibration efforts.
You will collaborate with AI engineering teams, compliance strategy leaders, and product operations managers, positioned directly at the convergence of security knowledge and generative AI advancement. If you understand when to rely on automation, when to intervene manually, and when to enhance the system's capabilities, submit your application today.
What You Will Be Doing
- Certification Audit Packages: Validated evidence collections and documentation required to uphold PCI DSS, ISO 27001, and SOC 2 certifications.
- Customer Security Responses: Customized replies to sophisticated security inquiries, questionnaires, or assurance requests.
- Governance Document Updates: Revisions to policies, procedures, or risk treatment plans prompted by regulatory or organizational shifts.
- AI System Tuning Memos: Modifications to AI system operations (e.g., training datasets, control parameters, escalation protocols) that enhance performance or compliance precision.
- Maintain enterprise-level compliance assurance through AI-enhanced certification oversight and customer confidence development.
- Minimum 3 years of experience leading or managing certification audits
- End-to-end management experience with each of the following audits: SOC 2, ISO 27001, and PCI DSS
- Proven experience evaluating and responding to sophisticated customer security questionnaires
- Proficiency leveraging GenAI tools to review, produce, and modify compliance artifacts
