Product Owner

One of our most successful iGaming/Sportsbetting customers, are looking for a passionate and experienced Product Owner to join their growing team. As a Product Owner, you'll get to translate player needs and business goals into a thriving online platform that fuels continued growth.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the product backlog, prioritizing features that deliver the most impact for both users and the business.
• Lead the development team through Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups) to ensure efficient delivery of game features and improvements.
• Take ownership of the product's success by managing risks, addressing issues, and driving continuous improvement in game quality and player experience.
• Ensure user stories meet acceptance criteria, are prioritised according to the roadmap, and align with the team's capacity.
• Partner with the development team to continuously update the roadmap and tasks, fostering clear communication across all contributors.
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with various departments to refine processes.
• Contribute innovative ideas to streamline product development and improve timelines.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role within the gaming industry, specifically B2C casino or sportsbook.
• Proven experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Strong analytical abilities and an understanding of the crypto casino industry, including game mechanics, bonus systems, and market trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for successful collaboration with the team and stakeholders.
• Data-driven decision-making mindset.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Agile tools like Jira.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
