Key Responsibilities:
Requirement Gathering and Analysis:
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand their business needs and gather detailed requirements.
- Conduct gap analysis and document business processes and workflows.
- Lead and support the implementation and customization of Microsoft Dynamics solutions.
- Utilize Azure services to develop and integrate business solutions.
- Ensure data integrity and security within Microsoft Dynamics and Azure environments.
- Manage and maintain SharePoint sites and ensure optimal performance.
- Develop SharePoint workflows and custom solutions to enhance business processes.
- Act as a Scrum Master, facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Scrum ceremonies.
- Ensure the team adheres to Agile principles and practices, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Create detailed documentation including business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories.
- Prepare and present regular reports on project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders and management.
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics, Azure, and SharePoint.
- Strong experience with Scrum and Agile methodologies, preferably as a Scrum Master.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other business analysis tools.
- Scrum Master Certification (CSM) or equivalent.
- Microsoft Dynamics and Azure certifications.
- Experience with other project management tools like JIRA or Confluence.
