Job Description
Machine Learning Engineer (MLOps) | €300/day | Fully Remote | Long-Term B2B Contract
We’re hiring an experienced Machine Learning Engineer to help design, deploy, and scale intelligent autonomous systems in production. You’ll work on impactful, real-world AI solutions focused on Insurance Fraud Detection, leveraging modern LLMs, agent orchestration, and robust MLOps practices.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll take ML models from development to production and continuously optimize them in a real business environment.
What You’ll Do
- Develop, deploy, and maintain machine learning models in production
- Use MLOps practices
- Build retrieval, reasoning, and tool-execution pipelines for autonomous agents
- Integrate AI agents with APIs, databases, and production systems
- Monitor performance, optimize models, and iterate on agent behavior
- Collaborate closely with data engineering, backend, and product teams to deliver end-to-end AI solutions.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong hands-on experience deploying ML models in production
- Solid background in MLOps, with Microsoft Azure ML
- Excellent Python skills
- Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar LLM frameworks
- Knowledge of LLM orchestration, prompt engineering, and retrieval systems (RAG)
- Comfortable shipping AI systems to production
- Strong communication skills and fluent English
Nice to Have
- Degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field
- Experience with multi-agent systems, fine-tuning, or RAG optimization
- Cloud experience (Azure preferred)
- Familiarity with REST APIs, Docker, and Kubernetes
