About Your Role
Our art team for the flagship web project Hero Wars: Dominion Era is looking for an experienced 2D Character Artist to design new, striking characters, develop their unique powers, and visualize accompanying effects.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Creating concepts for new characters and their effects
- Producing skin sketches
- Finalizing characters based on existing sketches
- Reworking existing characters
- 3+ years of experience in the games industry
- Ability to create character concepts from scratch
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, form, and proportions
- Proficiency in stylizing shapes and materials, with a solid grasp of color theory
- Ability to design effect scenarios and visualize character skills
- Understanding of character development workflows in games (particularly autobattlers), including collaboration with game designers and animators
- Positive attitude toward neural networks and the ability to create concepts using them
- Ability to sketch quickly and in a variety of styles
- Experience in leadership roles or independent projects
