Data Researcher / Data Scientist
Location: Middle East (Relocation help provided)

About the Role
We’re building a focused, high-quality team to work with large, messy, unconventional datasets. The work is research-driven, engineering-heavy, and largely greenfield. We’re hiring experienced researchers and engineers to design and build the data and ML foundations of a long-term technical effort.
What You’ll Do
- Work with high-volume, multimodal, unstructured data
- Build ML models, research pipelines, and experimental workflows
- Design data systems that support rigorous, repeatable experimentation
- Investigate model behaviour, signal quality, and data structure
- Translate research ideas into scalable, production-grade components
Data Researcher
- Explore complex datasets and design experiments
- Build early-stage ML prototypes
- Senior researchers set research direction and methodology
Data Scientist / ML Engineer
- Build pipelines, ingestion workflows, and model-ready datasets
- Design and scale data and ML systems
- Senior hires architect large-scale platforms and guide technical strategy
Who Thrives Here
- Strong Python and ML fundamentals
- Experience with large, messy, or unstructured datasets
- Comfort with ambiguity and open-ended research problems
- Ability to think in systems and reason scientifically
- Clear evidence of exceptional ability: research, competitions, open-source work, or standout projects

- BI, reporting, dashboards, or KPI work
- Analysis limited to clean, pre-shaped datasets
- Survey programming or routine ETL
