About The Role
As a middle/senior QA you are expected to animate and develop a high culture of quality control. Being able to read and analyze business and technical requirements. To collaborate cross functionally with other teams (UI/UX, PO, DEV, etc.) and understand precisely the project requirements; Defining the test plans/test strategies and writing test cases (recommend the targeted progressive distribution between automated tests and manual tests).

What You’ll Do
- Contribute to and apply QA processes within the team’s workflow.
- Perform day-to-day manual testing of web application features.
- Execute comprehensive regression test suites before and after releases.
- Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and testing processes for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate closely with teammates to understand deliverables and requirements.
- Define clearly testable acceptance criteria and translate them into test scripts.
- Report, track, and verify defects, working with developers to resolve issues.
- Manage and mentor junior QA engineers, supporting their test execution, skill development, and adherence to QA best practices.
- Maintain flexibility to perform both manual and automation testing when required
What You’ll Need
- Experience: Proven 8+ years as a QA Tester or in a similar role.
- Education: Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Web & Mobile: Experience with Web application testing; exposure to iOS and Android application testing is a plus.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to identify issues accurately, multitask, and meet deadlines.
- Teamwork & Independence: Able to work effectively both in a team environment and independently.
- Adaptability: Quick learner, able to grasp new tools and processes efficiently.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Experience in managing, mentoring, and developing junior QA engineers, ensuring quality standards and supporting their professional growth.
- Plus: Candidates who have automation skills are plus.
