Role Overview:
As a Software Engineer on our team, you will be a driving force behind the delivery of impactful features and end-to-end projects. You aren't just a "coder"—you are a problem solver who bridges the gap between complex requirements and production-ready reality. You will work in a fast-paced environment where Ruby on Rails excellence, AWS infrastructure, and AI-augmented development meet to create high-quality software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own delivery of features or small projects end-to-end, from implementation through to production
- Work closely with Product and Design to clarify requirements and reduce ambiguity
- Write maintainable, well-tested code and debug confidently in production
- Contribute to technical discussions and suggest pragmatic improvements
- Participate in planning, demos, retrospectives, and continuous improvement
- Integrate AI tools into your workflow to accelerate delivery while maintaining quality
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in Ruby on Rails
- Experience with AWS
- Experience with using any AI tools
- Full Stack Development experience
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 7am to 4pm PHT
