We are seeking a highly experienced SailPoint Architect to lead solution design, integration, and implementation for IdentityIQ. This role requires deep technical expertise in identity lifecycle management, governance, and compliance, along with hands-on development experience. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership and the ability to deliver scalable identity solutions in complex enterprise environments.

• Design and implement SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions, including architecture and integration
• Develop low-level designs and hands-on configurations for JML (Joiner, Mover, Leaver) features
• Build connectors and integrations with enterprise systems
• Develop Java microservices to support identity workflows
• Ensure compliance with identity governance and access management standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure and scalable solutions
• Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle

• Minimum 10 years of experience in identity and access management
• Proven expertise in SailPoint solution design, architecture, and implementation
• Strong knowledge of identity lifecycle management and access governance
• Hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ development and integrations
• Proficiency in Java and microservices development
• Ability to demonstrate technical leadership and mentor team members
