We are looking for a hands-on Artificial Intelligence Engineer to join a product-driven environment where AI is used to directly impact growth, revenue, and user engagement.
This role goes beyond proposing ideas. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and shipping AI-powered features that operate in production and deliver measurable business results.
You will work closely with product, engineering, and business teams to transform AI concepts into scalable, maintainable solutions that improve user journeys and drive conversion.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy AI-driven features that enhance user engagement and increase revenue.
- Translate growth and product ideas into production-ready AI solutions.
- Develop backend services and APIs that integrate AI capabilities into digital products.
- Analyze user behavior and data to identify optimization and personalization opportunities.
- Implement and iterate on AI-powered recommendation, personalization, and optimization logic.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ship features end-to-end.
- Define success metrics and measure the impact of AI features using data and experimentation.
- Continuously improve system performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Stay up to date with practical AI tools and techniques and apply them to real business problems.
🎓 Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in software engineering, AI engineering, or data-driven product development.
- Strong programming experience with Python.
- Solid experience building and consuming REST APIs.
- Hands-on experience applying AI and Machine Learning in production systems.
- Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and prompt-based systems.
- Strong understanding of data analysis, experimentation, and performance measurement.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical teams.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on real-world impact.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working on digital products, platforms, or marketplaces.
- Familiarity with product analytics, user funnels, and A/B testing.
- Experience integrating AI into existing systems and workflows.
- Understanding of scalability, system design, and production best practices.
- Experience in fast-paced, product-led environments.
