Job Description
Due to the extraordinary variety of goods and better pricing structure in US e-commerce, global shopping in US retail markets has been popular for many years now. However, this industry is mostly used by a handful of tech savvy users, who understand how e-wallets, VPN’s and other technologies work, enabling them to buy overseas. We are building this platform, so the remaining majority of global shoppers are also able to gain access to the vast online shopping sites in the USA.
We are looking for an experienced QA Specialist who would be motivated to contribute to testing efforts within the agile framework as well as to learn and grow where the product and the team needs it most.
As QA Specialist - you will:
- Work with globally distributed and highly scaled startup being built from ground up
- Be responsible for one of the startup product’s quality assurance processes and their execution
- Create manual testing strategies for this product and implement them
- Work with automation engineer to automate time-consuming and repetitive tests
- Work together with other QA specialists, POs and developers and be willing to contribute to any team initiatives
We expect you to:
- Advocate and mandate the quality instead of waiting for instructions from someone
- Have solid manual testing experience and willingness to learn automation testing
- Have experience with majority of tools and techniques we use for efficient testing: Postman, Xray, SQL, Playwright and/or others
- Be structural, clear, attentive to details and motivated to document
- Be transparent and good communicator
- As a bonus, have some knowledge / experience with UX, creating e2e product QA strategy as well as integration, performance and penetration testing
Salary
Gross salary FROM 3,500 EUR based on skills and experience.
