Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior QA Engineer for a fixed term contract to provide coverage for an existing team member. In this role, you will be responsible for continuing our QA initiatives for Salesforce and integrated applications, ensuring continuity and quality during the absence of the current role holder. You will maintain our robust testing framework, uphold QA policies and processes, develop and execute manual and automated test scripts, and ensure the highest quality and integrity of our Salesforce solutions. This is not a managerial role and has no direct reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Continue to execute and refine the established QA strategy for Salesforce projects, following best practices.
- Maintain and enhance the existing testing framework, including test plans, test cases, and test data.
- Author, maintain, and improve automated regression test scripts Copado Robotic Testing tool.
- Support and implement continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes for Salesforce testing.
- Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and business users to ensure QA aligns with ongoing project goals.
- Be available for after-hours support as needed to address critical issues and ensure system stability.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of proven experience as a QA Engineer with a focus on Salesforce testing.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of business processes, needs, and perspective.
- Proficiency in Salesforce technologies and development methodologies.
- Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
- Experience in authoring and maintaining automated regression test scripts.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Willingness to work outside regular hours when required.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 4pm to 1am PHT
