If you have deep expertise in SOC 2, ISO 27001, or PCI DSS and can identify a flawed security response at first glance, we need your expertise to drive our AI-powered certification platform. This role offers you the opportunity to translate your professional judgment into systems that scale, delegating routine tasks to intelligent automation.
IgniteTech is developing the industry's first AI-native compliance engine for enterprise software. Our platform is a dynamic system in which generative AI produces audit-ready certification documentation, recommends risk mitigation strategies, and resolves approximately 80% of customer security inquiries autonomously. Your responsibility centers on the critical 20%. You will refine the system, guide its learning, and intervene when expert judgment is essential. Our objective is not to eliminate human expertise through AI, but to amplify one expert's impact tenfold.
This position is not a traditional compliance analyst role with an elevated title. You will not be tracking approvals or reformatting documentation. Instead, you will oversee the reliability of an autonomous compliance platform, identifying areas where AI requires guidance, verifying outputs against auditor standards, and engaging directly when client confidence is at stake. System improvements will result from your corrections, your protocols, and your calibration.
You will collaborate with our AI engineering team, compliance strategists, and product operations leadership, positioned at the convergence of security knowledge and generative AI advancement. What You Will Be Doing
- Certification Audit Packages: Curated collections of verified evidence and documentation required to sustain PCI DSS, ISO 27001, and SOC 2 certifications.
- Customer Security Responses: Customized answers to sophisticated security inquiries, questionnaires, or assurance requests.
- Governance Document Updates: Revisions to policies, procedures, or risk treatment plans initiated by regulatory or organizational developments.
- AI System Tuning Memos: Adjustments to AI system operations (e.g., training datasets, constraints, escalation protocols) that enhance performance or compliance precision.
- Maintain enterprise-level compliance assurance through AI-enhanced certification oversight and customer confidence initiatives.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience overseeing or directing certification audits
- Proven experience managing each of the following audits from start to finish: SOC 2, ISO 27001, and PCI DSS
- Verified experience evaluating and addressing sophisticated customer security questionnaires
- Competence using GenAI tools to assess, produce, and refine compliance artifacts

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
