- Designing and maintaining Splunk environments (on-prem or cloud)
- Implementing dashboards, alerts, and reports to improve visibility and performance
- Integrating data sources and developing efficient ingestion pipelines
- Troubleshooting indexing, search, and performance issues
- Managing Splunk configurations, security, and scalability
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams (DevOps, Security, IT Ops)
- Strong written and verbal English communication
- Splunk Enterprise / Splunk Cloud Administration
- Data onboarding and parsing (syslog, APIs, forwarders)
- Knowledge of regex, SPL, and CIM data models
- Monitoring infrastructure and log analytics at scale
- Security or observability use cases (SIEM, ITSI, UBA, etc.)
- Splunk certifications (Core Certified Power User, Admin, Architect)
- Experience with complementary tools (Elastic Stack, Grafana, Datadog, Prometheus)
- Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Automation with Python, Bash, or Ansible
