Why We Need You

As an Technical Recruiter, you’ll be instrumental in scaling our global teams across Engineering, Product, SEO, and Digital Production (UI/UX Design, Front-End/Back-End Development, Product Design, QA, Copywriting). You’ll own the full-cycle recruiting process — sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a top-notch candidate experience — while partnering with hiring managers across technical and creative disciplines.


The ideal candidate is scrappy, data-driven, and resourceful, with a strong understanding of technical talent markets across Latin America and the Philippines. You thrive in a fast-moving startup environment, balancing high-volume hiring needs with quality outcomes and a human touch. You have a basic understanding of software architecture and web/UX tools so you can effectively differentiate roles like Product Managers vs. Product Designers and identify the right technical skill sets.

  • Drive technical hiring by sourcing and hiring for high-caliber talent in departments such as: Engineering: Front-End (React, Vue), Back-End (Node.js, Python, Java), Product: Product Managers, Product Designers, Digital Production: UI/UX Designers (Figma, Sketch), Web Developers, QA Engineers, and SEO & Digital Marketing: SEO Specialists, Digital Marketing Analysts
  • Be Our Brand Advocate: Represent Olly Olly in offshore markets — promote our brand and build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Partner Strategically: Work closely with hiring managers to understand team needs, define technical requirements, and execute efficient hiring plans.
  • Guide the Candidate Journey: Deliver an exceptional candidate experience — from outreach to offer — ensuring transparent communication and timely follow-ups.
  • Source Proactively: Identify and engage hard-to-find technical talent through creative sourcing, networking, and referrals.
  • Maintain ATS Accuracy: Keep Breezy (our ATS) organized and up to date with clean data, status tracking, and reporting.
  • Refine and Optimize: Analyze hiring metrics to identify trends, improve efficiency, and continuously evolve recruitment strategies.


What We Really Need From You

  • 2+ years of technical recruiting experience, preferably across Engineering, Product, or Digital Marketing roles
  • Experience recruiting offshore talent in Latin America and/or the Philippines
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (Breezy preferred) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms)
  • Strong familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter Lite, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
  • An understanding of software architecture, tech stacks, and design tools (Flutter, Dart, React, Vue, Node.js, Figma, Sketch)


What Would Be Big Pluses

  • Prior experience in a startup, SaaS, or agency environment.
  • Familiarity with SEO, creative, or digital marketing functions.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
