Shift Hours: Eastern Standard Time (US Hours): 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM


We are seeking a Graphic Designer with strong expertise in creating clean, modern B2B design materials and the ability to produce light 2D micro-animations using Figma or Lottie. This role focuses primarily on graphic design for digital collateral, including brochures, one-pagers, diagrams, web layouts, and campaign assets. Animation work is secondary and will be limited to simple explainer visuals or micro-interactions that complement static designs.


The ideal candidate brings a balanced portfolio showcasing both marketing design depth and basic animation capability. You will collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to create visually consistent, brand-aligned assets.


What does a day in the life of a Graphic Designer look like?

  • Create digital marketing and product design assets, including:
  • Brochures
  • One-pagers
  • Web and landing page layouts
  • Campaign materials
  • Product diagrams and explainer visuals
  • Ensure brand consistency across all design outputs.
  • Produce light 2D micro-animations (Figma or Lottie) for diagrams, UI elements, or short explainer visuals.
  • Translate complex information into clean, easy-to-understand graphics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design accuracy and quality.
  • Maintain organized design files and adhere to brand guidelines.
  • Contribute creative ideas to improve visual communication and user engagement.


What are the required qualifications of a Graphic Designer?

  • Proven Graphic Design experience in a marketing or digital design environment.
  • Strong portfolio showing:
  • Digital collateral
  • Web/page layouts
  • Campaign graphics
  • Clean B2B-style design work
  • Proficiency in Figma for design and micro-animations.
  • Ability to create light 2D micro-animations using Figma or Lottie (no complex motion graphics required).
