Experience And Knowledge
- Ability to incorporate data, research, and market analysis to inform product decisions.
- Desire to work in and help create an inclusive, supportive, and highly collaborative environment.
- Ability to be goal oriented and a self-starter with a passion for design.
- A deep understanding of design thinking processes and empathy for end-users.
- Outstanding presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate requirements and project schedules with a customer and other project team members.
- Experience with Figma with practical clickable prototyping experience.
- Ability to apply design principles across web mobile and native platforms.
- CSS, JavaScript, Flutter or React knowledge is a plus.
- English level B2+ (Please apply ONLY if you meet this requirement)
