Job Description
Head of Product - Cards Ecosystem
Remote UK or EU
Salary: Up to £200k/ €200k plus equity
Salt has partnered with a leading, product-led pan-European Fintech who aim to simplify life for small and medium sized businesses across Europe. With substantial funding to date and backing from a highly reputable and successful VC, the company are entering a phase of scaled growth with ambition to 10X their customer base by the end of 2026.
They are looking for a commercially driven Product Leader to lead, scale and grow their Cards ecosystem, one of their most successful and growing product verticals Their cards products are currently driving a significant proportion of revenue for the company and they'd like a Head of Product to lead the domain, shaping the future of all aspects of cards in the business, ranging from Debit, Credit, Rewards, Loyalty, Expenses and identify compelling partnerships to enhance the ecosystem.
You'll intially join and lead a small domain of two teams led by Senior/ Lead PM's with the opportunity to scale the teams structure as you put in place the roadmap. The role would suit a Product Leader keen to grow a team whilst having significant impact on ARR, who is laser focussed on driving business outcomes.
The role his highly visibile across the company, intersecting a variety of domains with direct exposure to C-Suite.
Here are a few key requirements:
- You are a strategic leader with significant experience in building and scaling card products in either a B2B or B2C setting at a leading fintech from around the world.
- You possess a proven track record of product leadership, demonstrating your ability to develop and execute a successful product strategy that drives commercial growth.
- You have a deep understanding of the cards ecosystem, including the technical, commercial, and regulatory aspects of card products.
- You are an experienced people manager with the ability to hire, coach, and develop a high-performing product team.
- You have exceptional stakeholder mgmt skills, with the ability to effectiovely operate at C-Level.
The company are operate a fully remote working model with teams based across Europe and hiring HUB's in Barcelona, Amsterdam, Paphos and Krakow. As a Hiring manager, you'll have access to the best talent across Europe.
