2nd Product Designer - (On-site, SoHo NYC)
Compensation: $180K–$225K base + competitive equity.
About the Role
Join a fast-growing healthcare/AI company (founded 2023, ~70 people) that just closed a $125M Series B from top-tier investors (e.g., Thrive Capital, General Catalyst, Bain Capital Ventures, Pear VC). Design is a first-class function here: you’ll partner directly with senior leadership to set product quality and help scale a multi-surface platform used by patients and enterprise stakeholders. On-site 5 days/week in SoHo, NYC (no exceptions). Visa sponsorship available.
What You’ll Do
- Design across surfaces: consumer apps, enterprise tools, and AI-powered workflows that simplify complex healthcare tasks.
- Own problems end-to-end: discovery → systems/flows → high-fidelity UI and interaction prototypes → launch and iteration.
- Drive coherence at scale: evolve a design system (components, patterns, motion) that unifies a rapidly expanding product.
- Work with users & clients: run lightweight research, participate in client sessions, and translate needs into clear product decisions.
- Raise the bar: champion sharp product thinking, impeccable craft, and narrative clarity across cross-functional teams.
What You’ll Bring

- Ability to run projects independently, simplify complexity, and ship elegant, focused solutions under real constraints.
- Impeccable interaction/visual craft in Figma; crisp communication and design rationale.
