Team
The RXT team at Raisin is responsible for the end-to-end KYC journey and the internal tooling used by Customer Service and other Raisineers. Our goal is to provide customers with a fast, clear KYC experience and to equip internal teams with tools that help them resolve issues efficiently and deliver high-quality service.
You will work in a cross-functional product team, collaborating with Customer Service, B2C Country Management, and other product leaders. The role also includes contributing to vendor evaluations and aligning our work with industry best practices.

Your Responsibilities
This Product Manager role is an opportunity to truly “own” a critical platform service within Raisin’s core business. You will partner with an experienced Engineering Lead to define and deliver the associated product and infrastructure for these efforts.
- Lead with impact – Guide a cross-functional team through complexity and ambiguity, driving alignment and ensuring clear, informed decisions.
- End-to-end product ownership - Act as the owner and subject-matter expert for your product area — from discovery to delivery, performance measurement, and business impact evaluation.
- Deep product and domain understanding - Develop a clear picture of user needs, regulatory constraints, operational pain points, and technical capabilities. Identify opportunities for improvement and structure them into actionable work.
- Strategic refinement - Independently refine problems and opportunities, define success criteria, and outline risks, dependencies, and assumptions.Independently refine problems and opportunities, define success criteria, and outline risks, dependencies, and assumptions.

Must haves:
- 3+ years of Product Management experience with ownership of meaningful product areas or complex domains
- Proven experience leading a cross-functional engineering team
- Ability to navigate complexity, simplify ambiguous problems, and propose clear paths forward
- Strong business acumen and understanding of how operational, regulatory, and customer needs influence product decisions
- Operational strength and experience driving team processes in multi-stakeholder environments
- Analytical mindset and confidence working with data to inform decisions
- Clear and structured communication skills
- Outcome-focused, organised, and reliable in driving execution
- Experience in fintech, banking, identity verification, or a two-sided marketplace
- Familiarity with distributed systems, microservices, or platform products
- Background working with operational or internal tooling
- Experience collaborating with external vendors or integrating third-party services
- You bridge product and engineering - comfortable discussing architecture, constraints, and trade-offs to help shape practical, scalable solutions.
