About the role
This role is fully remote, open to candidates based in Egypt or Sri Lanka.
As an UX Designer and craft intuitive, engaging, and user-centered experiences for our marketplace and apps. You’ll collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to shape solutions that delight millions of users across the region.
What you'll do:
- Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and interfaces that solve real user problems.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to inform design decisions.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other designers to create seamless experiences.
- Maintain and evolve design systems and UI standards across platforms.
- Translate complex requirements into clear, simple, and visually compelling designs.
What you'll need:
- Proven experience as a UX Designer.
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar).
- Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and usability best practices.
- Ability to communicate design decisions clearly and collaborate in cross-functional teams.
- Experience in e-commerce or digital products is a plus.
