About The Role
We are seeking a talented and experienced UX/UI Designer with a strong background in AI products to join our team. As a UX/UI Designer (AI), you will play a pivotal role in shaping intuitive, human-centered interfaces for cutting-edge AI applications. Your primary responsibility will be to translate complex AI functionalities into clear, engaging, and user-friendly designs that build trust and enhance user experience. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to develop seamless interactions and innovative solutions that meet user needs and business goals. This role requires a creative mindset, a deep understanding of AI/ML UX patterns, and the ability to communicate design ideas effectively in a fast-paced startup environment.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English language (B2 Level or higher)
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or similar UI/UX design tools
- Strong understanding of AI/ML UX patterns such as prompt design, explainability, confidence indicators, and conversational UI
- Experience designing for web and/or mobile platforms
- Ability to create interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, ProtoPie, or Framer
- Understanding of design systems, component libraries, and scalable UI frameworks
- Familiarity with user research methods, usability testing, and user journey mapping
- Basic understanding of technical concepts such as APIs, model inputs/outputs, and data flows
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present design decisions clearly
- Highly collaborative with a team-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Curiosity and willingness to explore new ideas and iterate quickly
- Strong problem-solving skills with a user-first approach
- Experience with conversational design or chat-based UI
- Previous work on AI, ML, or data-driven products
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS or front-end implementation basics
- Experience working in a startup or rapidly scaling environment
- Design end-to-end user experiences for AI-powered products, from initial concept to final UI implementation
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, user flows, and visual design assets to communicate design ideas effectively
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and researchers to explore new AI features and develop intuitive interaction models
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to validate and refine designs
- Ensure that interfaces clearly communicate AI behavior, limitations, and transparency to users
- Develop and maintain scalable design systems tailored specifically for AI interactions and complex data flows
- Stay informed about emerging trends, best practices, and innovations in AI UX, human-AI interaction, and design patterns
- Participate in cross-functional team discussions to align design solutions with technical feasibility and business objectives
