ABOUT THE ROLE

As we continue to scale, our mission is to build strong direct-to-consumer brands and maximize customer lifetime value, by establishing our own in-house R&D Product team

The Product team will be based in both Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. We are currently looking for Womenwear Fashion Designers specializing in one of the following product categories: Intimates (Bras) or Bottomwear (Pants)

For candidates based in Ho Chi Minh City, a minimum two-week training and onboarding period in Hanoi is required. Relocation and training allowances will be provided

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Create design concepts and technical drawings

- Work with technical teams to ensure accurate and timely sample development

- Partner with marketing to communicate key features and product benefits

- Research US womenswear trends, customer needs, and purchase insights to guide design decisions

- Design products that look good and feel right for customers, both visually & functionally

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- 3+ years in Fashion/Technical Design (Experience in intimate design is a plus)

- Strong understanding of fit, function, materials & construction

- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator for technical drawings

- Ability to apply market insights & sold data to improve design performance

- Strong visual reasoning, understanding how design influences customer perception

- Good communication and collaboration across product & marketing teams

- Able to adapt quickly and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

- English working proficiency
