We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated WordPress Full Stack Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in both front-end and back-end web development, with a deep understanding of WordPress best practices. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining custom WordPress solutions for our clients and internal projects.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain custom WordPress themes and plugins, ensuring responsive design, optimal performance, and security.
- Collaborate with designers and project managers to create visually stunning and functional websites.
- Implement and customize WordPress page builders, such as Elementor or Gutenberg, to achieve desired design and functionality.
- Optimize websites for search engines and ensure they adhere to web accessibility standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, including those related to performance, security, and compatibility across different browsers and devices.
- Collaborate with the team in an agile environment and participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and suggestions for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest web development trends and technologies, and be proactive in suggesting improvements to our processes and technology stack.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a full-stack developer, with a focus on WordPress development.
- Expertise in PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Experience with modern front-end frameworks, such as React or Vue.js, is a plus.
- Strong understanding of WordPress core, theme development, and plugin development.
- Familiarity with popular WordPress plugins and page builders, such as Elementor or Gutenberg.
- Knowledge of web performance optimization techniques and best practices, including SEO and web accessibility.
- Proficiency with version control systems, such as Git, and experience working in an agile development environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork.
