On behalf of a leading software company operating across the EMEA region, we are seeking an experienced and results-driven Technical Project Manager to lead technology-driven initiatives and ensure seamless project delivery. This is a full-time remote opportunity open to candidates currently based in Egypt.

About the Role

As a Technical Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex software projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business goals with technical execution, ensuring high-quality solutions are delivered on time and within budget. This role suits a proactive professional who thrives in dynamic environments and has a passion for building innovative digital products.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for software development initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Coordinate between engineering, product, design, and QA teams to achieve seamless delivery.
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation plans.
• Manage communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress, risks, and dependencies.
• Identify potential risks early and develop mitigation strategies.
• Oversee technical documentation, sprint planning, and performance tracking.
• Foster collaboration and maintain a positive, results-focused team environment.
• Ensure projects meet quality, performance, and scalability standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience, with at least 2 years in software or technology environments.
• Proven experience managing Agile/Scrum projects and working with remote or distributed teams.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and project management methodologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Jira, Trello, or similar project management tools.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
