Job Description
If you have deep expertise in SOC 2, ISO 27001, or PCI DSS and can instantly identify gaps in security documentation, this role will let you scale your judgment through AI systems rather than manual execution. You will translate your compliance expertise into intelligent automation that handles routine work while you focus on high-stakes decisions.
IgniteTech is developing an AI-driven compliance platform for enterprise software where generative AI produces audit-ready evidence, recommends risk mitigation strategies, and resolves the majority of customer security inquiries autonomously. Your responsibility is to manage the critical exceptions, refine the system's outputs, and intervene when expert judgment is essential. The goal is not AI replacement of human expertise, but amplification—enabling one expert to deliver the output of an entire team.
This role is distinct from traditional compliance analysis. You will not spend time chasing approvals or reformatting documentation. Instead, you will oversee the reliability of an autonomous compliance system, identifying where AI requires guidance, ensuring outputs meet auditor standards, and engaging directly when client confidence is at stake. System performance will improve through your corrections, rule adjustments, and targeted training.
You will collaborate closely with AI engineers, compliance strategy teams, and product operations leadership, operating at the convergence of security domain knowledge and generative AI capability. If you can discern when to rely on automation, when to correct it, and when to expand its learning, we encourage you to apply.
What You Will Be Doing
- Certification Audit Packages: Validated evidence collections and documentation supporting PCI DSS, ISO 27001, and SOC 2 certification maintenance.
- Customer Security Responses: Customized answers to sophisticated security questionnaires, inquiries, or assurance demands.
- Governance Document Updates: Revisions to policies, procedures, or risk treatment plans in response to regulatory or internal organizational shifts.
- AI System Tuning Memos: Modifications to AI behavior—including training data adjustments, guardrail updates, and escalation logic refinements—that enhance compliance accuracy and system performance.
- Maintain enterprise-level compliance assurance via AI-enhanced certification oversight and client trust engagement.
- Minimum of 3 years managing or leading certification audit processes
- End-to-end management experience with SOC 2, ISO 27001, and PCI DSS audits
- Proven ability to review and respond to sophisticated customer security questionnaires
- Proficiency leveraging GenAI tools for reviewing, generating, and editing compliance documentation
