Job Description


We are looking for a Service Delivery Manager (Penetration Testing) who is willing to relocate to join our Client’s team in Mons, Belgium.

Eligibility:

  • Candidate must have resided in Portugal for at least the past 5 years.
  • Portuguese citizenship is mandatory.
  • Candidate must be prepared to obtain EU security clearance upon accepting the job offer (with Hexa coordination).


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the SDM in delivering high-quality penetration testing services.
  • Evaluate scope and level of effort (LoE) for penetration testing tasks with accuracy.
  • Provide technical oversight for vulnerabilities identified during engagements.
  • Act as the technical liaison between penetration testers, service managers, and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to service quality assurance, consistency, and continual improvement.
  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating penetration testing engagements across NATO and NCIA environments.
  • Ensure proper resource allocation and adherence to timelines.
  • Monitor engagement progress, risks, and dependencies.
  • Lead technical scoping discussions with stakeholders, assessing system complexity and constraints.
  • Produce LoE estimates in alignment with NCSC PTAE methodologies.
  • Support engagement kick-offs, debriefs, and technical discussions.
  • Translate technical findings into risk-oriented language suitable for decision-makers.
  • Assist with service-level reporting, KPI development, and dashboard contributions.
  • Support methodology updates and document lessons learned.


Required Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in project management or service delivery within cyber security.
  • Strong technical background in penetration testing and offensive security.
  • Deep understanding of vulnerabilities across network, application, and cloud environments.
  • Ability to estimate effort and scope complex technical assessments.
  • Familiarity with the entire penetration testing service lifecycle.
  • Proven ability to define engagement scopes, objectives, constraints, assumptions, and deliverables.
  • In-depth knowledge of testing standards such as OWASP, PTES, and frameworks aligned with NIST/ISO.
  • Hands-on experience with ITIL, particularly in Change Management.
  • Demonstrated experience managing customer expectations and stakeholder relationships.
  • Capability to match appropriate testing approaches (e.g., web/API, cloud, red teaming) to specific needs.
  • Excellent English (C1), both spoken and written, with the ability to produce and review customer-facing documentation.
  • Nationality of one of the NATO member countries.
