AI Engineer (Remote)

Ray Advertising is looking for a highly skilled and motivated AI Engineer to join our growing AI development team on a full-time, remote basis. This role focuses on building production-grade AI systems including voice agents, RAG-based knowledge systems, marketing automation tools, and AI-driven outreach solutions that directly power our U.S.-based performance marketing operations.

The position involves night shift work from Monday to Saturday, 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM (Bangladesh Time) — including a 1-hour break.

Position Overview

The AI Engineer will design, develop, deploy, and optimize AI-powered systems including voice-based AI agents, LLM-driven automation, RAG pipelines, predictive analytics models, and intelligent outreach tools. This role requires strong expertise in Python, AI/ML, LLMs, backend systems, and production deployment.

Key Responsibilities

A. AI Voice Agent & Conversational Systems

• Build and deploy AI agents capable of real-time voice interactions (phone/VoIP).
• Integrate with platforms such as Twilio using WebSockets, streaming APIs, or event-driven architectures.
• Implement low-latency STT/TTS pipelines using tools like Whisper, ElevenLabs, or similar.
• Train and fine-tune LLMs to handle sales conversations, objections, and appointment booking.

B. Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) & Knowledge Systems

• Design and maintain RAG pipelines using LangChain, LlamaIndex, or custom frameworks.
• Implement document ingestion, chunking, embeddings, and retrieval optimization.
• Build and manage vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, or Chroma.
• Ensure accurate, domain-specific AI responses using structured and unstructured data.

C. AI-Powered Outreach, Sales & Marketing Automation

• Develop AI tools for lead generation, LinkedIn outreach, email & SMS personalization.
• Automate follow-ups, response analysis, meeting scheduling, and CRM updates.
• Build AI sales assistants capable of prospecting and intelligent engagement.
• Develop intelligent AI chatbots to handle customer inquiries, provide support, and qualify leads.
• Create multilingual AI chat solutions for international markets.

D. Data Analysis, ML & Predictive Modeling

• Develop predictive models to forecast lead conversion and campaign performance.
• Analyze customer and marketing data to optimize outreach strategies.
• Automate reporting and performance dashboards using AI-driven insights.

E. Backend Engineering, Deployment & DevOps

• Develop APIs using FastAPI or Flask.
• Deploy AI systems using Docker, with exposure to Kubernetes and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Optimize models for inference (quantization, batching, streaming responses).
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, logging, and performance optimization.

F. AI Security, Ethics & Compliance

• Ensure data privacy and compliance (GDPR and related standards).
• Implement AI security best practices and bias mitigation strategies.
• Handle real-time voice data and sensitive information responsibly.

G. Collaboration & Documentation

• Maintain clean documentation, version control, and code quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams using tools like GitHub, Jira, ClickUp, Slack, or Notion.
• Stay updated with current AI research, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Python and backend development.
• Solid experience with AI/ML, deep learning, NLP, and LLMs.
• Hands-on experience with RAG systems, vector databases, and prompt engineering.
• Experience with voice or conversational AI systems is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with Docker, cloud deployment, and API-based architectures.
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.

Experience

• Minimum 2–4 years of professional experience in AI, machine learning, or backend AI development.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in AI, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field preferred but not required.

Probation Period: We have a one month of probation period where you will receive 50% of the agreed salary. Upon successful completion of your probation period you will be paid the full salary and we don’t prolong the probation period beyond this 1 month.
