We are looking for an AI Agent Developer / Programmer with advanced English to work 100% remotely. We value proactive, results-oriented professionals with strong skills in designing conversational flows, programming integrations, and ensuring agent quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain conversational agents using AI platforms and large language model APIs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar).
- Integrate agents with enterprise systems (REST APIs, GraphQL, databases, CRMs, messaging platforms) and manage secure connections (OAuth, API keys, mTLS).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure agent usability and regulatory compliance.
- Document technical designs, architectural decisions, prompt playbooks, and deployment guides.
- Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
- Experience developing AI Agent-based solutions (academic projects, freelance work, internships, or professional experience will be considered).
- Advanced conversational English is mandatory and will be assessed before starting the recruitment process.
- Strong communication skills, teamwork mindset, and continuous improvement orientation.
