Digital Marketing Specialist – Fully Remote
Salary: £35,000 + Discretionary Bonus
Are you ready to take the lead in transforming digital marketing for one of the UK’s most exciting hospitality brands? We’re looking for a commercially savvy, digitally driven confident communicator who can influence and inspire across all levels.
This is your chance to own the digital strategy – from SEO and Paid Ads to Social Media and Email Marketing – and make a real impact on sales growth and brand visibility.
What You’ll Do
- Drive the digitalisation of the division, leading on SEO, Paid Ads, Email Marketing & Social Media.
- Create scroll-stopping content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and more
- Create interesting and impactful content, including filming and editing videos, across key social media channels
- Plan and execute high-performing paid ad campaigns.
- Collaborate with agencies and internal teams to optimise websites and user journeys.
- Track and monitor email campaign performance, using extensive A/B testing and analysing CTA’s
- Deliver social media training to the business
- Collaborate with SEO agency to improve user journey and landing page performance.
- Analyse campaign performance and provide strategic insights to shape future success.
What We’re Looking For
- Must have proven experience working in a similar digital marketing role, ideally in hospitality or leisure industry
- Expertise in Microsoft office, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and CRM systems like Acteol.
- Strong analytical skills and a commercial mindset.
- Confident communicator who can influence and inspire across all levels.
- A creative storyteller with video editing skills and a passion for social engagement.
