Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Senior IT Manager to oversee our corporate IT infrastructure, security, and support functions across on-premises and cloud environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, proven leadership skills, and the ability to align IT operations with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the corporate network, including access points, switches, routers, and VPN.
- Configure and support VLANs, backup channels, and coordinate with telecom and IT service providers.
- Oversee servers and systems (Microsoft/Azure – both on-premises and cloud-based).
- Administer Office 365 applications (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
- Provide support and administration for video conferencing systems (Zoom, Teams Rooms, etc.).
- Implement and manage IT security policies, backup strategies, and incident response protocols.
- Lead and develop the IT HelpDesk team, ensuring SLA adherence and high-quality user support.
- Manage IT budgets, procurement processes, and hardware/software inventory.
Key Requirements
- Strong background in corporate IT infrastructure management.
- Fluency in English and Russian (both languages are mandatory).
- Proven leadership experience managing IT teams and HelpDesk operations.
- Solid understanding of IT security, networks, and cloud systems (Microsoft/Azure).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to work in Dubai (relocation package can be discussed).
